Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm Welcomes a New Partner to Its Helm
On May 28, 2010, the Partners Meeting of Vasil Kisil & Partners adopted a resolution to add Mr. Yaroslav V. Teklyuk as a new partner.
Prior Yaroslav Teklyuk acted as a Counsellor of the Litigation Practice Group where he primarily dealt with banking and finance lawsuits and bankruptcy cases. Besides, Mr. Teklyuk is an experienced professional in the area of media and telecommunications. He mainly specializes in defending client’s interests in corporate conflicts. Yaroslav Teklyuk also proved himself an expert in managing complex projects that require handling numerous related court cases.
Yaroslav Teklyuk joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2005. In recent years, he has been recognized by his peers and repeatedly recommended as one of the leading lawyers in Ukraine in information technologies, telecommunications, and bankruptcy.
