Press-Breakfast – Personal Data Protection in Ukraine

Vasil Kisil & Partners is cordially inviting you to attend a business breakfast dedicated to personal data protection in Ukraine that will take place on January 19, 2012.
It will start at 10:30 am, working language - Ukrainian.
During this press-breakfast the following issues will be discussed:
1. Key concepts and theoretical approaches to the protection of personal data.
2. Major trends in personal data protection: non-profit and business organizations, the public sector.
3. The mandatory requirements of the law and practical tips for implementing them.
4. The liability for violations related to the protection of personal data - what to expect?
During the event there will be a presentation featuring examples from the practice of Ukrainian and multinational companies that have already implemented a system to protect the personal data in their business processes: the audience will have a change to ask questions.
The press-breakfast will be attended by Oksana Voynarovska, counsellor with Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm, and Vladyslav Podolyak, VKP’s leading associate.
