Yaroslav Teklyuk joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2005 and became a partner in 2010.
Mr. Teklyuk specialises in the area of restructuring and bankruptcy as well as litigation. In addition, Mr. Teklyuk is an experienced professional in the area of intellectual property, media, telecommunications and taxes. Mr. Teklyuk represents the clients in courts of all levels and specialisations and represents their interests in relations with any entities including governmental bodies. Especially he focuses on defending client’s interests in corporate conflicts and managing complex projects that require handling numerous court cases.
Mr. Teklyuk is an active participant of Vasil Kisil & Partners team that services EBA (European Business Association) as a sole legal adviser and continuously contributes to numerous professional publications.
